Deep into the outskirts of Big Bear, and Still just 10 minutes from Town and civilization.

You will come into a Valley, Ponderosa Equine Estates.

Ponderosa Ranch is nestled on 4 Acres of Horse Property.

There are two houses to choose from for your Big Bear Vacation Rental.

And with either home you are welcome to bring your Horse's.

We do welcome a Dog, but it must be Dog and People and Horse Friendly (To be discussed)

If you do not have horse and want to ride the Pacific Crest Trail, Horse Rental Stables are Just one block away if you need to rent Horses.

Ski Slopes are 10 minutes away, Traffic permitting..

Our Private Roads are Carriage Driving Friendly, Motorcycle Friendly,

As well as Hiking Friendly. Just right out the front door>

Our Main House is 3 Bedroom and two Bath.

Washer and Dryer, Gourmet Kitchen, Fireplace,

Cable TV and Wireless Internet Throughout the house.

The Main Hose Features a 3/4 Wrap around porch for amazing views for

Sunrise and Sunset. A Jacuzzi, and 1/4-Acre Dog Run fully fenced.

The house is complete with linens and Full kitchen. All you need are your Horses

To make this equine Dream Vacation Complete.

In the summer months we offer Team Sorting

packages with Cows.

We have hours of trail riding just up the road is one

of the many entrance's to the Pacific Crest Trail.

Our arena is equipped for trail classes, ranch versitility, and jumping obstacles. We offer a 50 foot round pen and a four stall in and out barn.

The barn is complete with rubber mats on the inside and a DG floor.

We also have portable stalls to accommodate up to 10 horses.

We do allow self-contained rigs in addition to the Main House Rental for a nominal charge.

So if you have an equine Group event I am sure we can accommodate you.
